In the last quarter of 2021, I had the best learning experience of my entire life/career. Everyone that engaged me within that timeframe would have heard me say something I picked from that experience.

I joined the Executive Mentorship Programme of Emerging Africa Capacity Building and we were mentored by top-notch doers and legends in the Nigerian business space.

The experience, to me, is largely like a roadmap being handed to me. It brought clarity of purpose and largely empowered me to be a better business executive. I grew by almost two decades of management experience by learning from these distinct legends and excellent achievers.

The experience validated the saying that you’ll go farther if you have a father, and your journey becomes faster if you’re guided by someone who has gone on the same journey you want to embark on.

I met excellent executives who, as cohort mates, brought so much brilliance and beauty to the learning experience. Their years of expertise in their domain industries and conquests in their personal careers added so much glamour, flavour, and distinction.

I’m grateful first to my principal mentor, Mrs Toyin F Sanni Executive Vice Chair, Emerging Africa Group for providing hindsight, foresight, and insight into the realities that have now made me a 10x business executive.

Much appreciation to the highly esteemed mentors; Mr Olaide Agboola, Mrs Funke Okoya, and Mrs Cecilia Madueke for sharing practical leadership and business experiences and knowledge necessary to be a successful executive in the 21st century.

To every member of the cohort; ‘Debola Agunbiade Adenike Adeboye Chukwuemeka Anazodo (FCMA, CGMA, ACA) Ayomidipupo Ashaolu Olatunbosun Williams Olutoye Sanni OLUYEMI ALADENIYI Tosin Ajose F.IMC, CMC, M.IOD and Abiodun Folorunsho, I immensely appreciate your contributions towards making the learning experience the best yet!

Thank you, Stella Abimbola Shopeju, Omodolapo Faromo (Now Olawale), M.Sc, ACIPM and the entire Emerging Africa Capacity Building team for putting this together and providing the best learning environment.

If you’re a business executive or manager looking to make a greater impact or determined to have better relationships, discover and better harness your natural talents, you surely need to be a part of this programme.
